The Heathcote Arms at Croft sits perched on the side of a hill in this south Leicestershire village. The hill is in fact part of Croft Hill which can be seen for miles around and is popular with ramblers, walkers and cyclists. The pub has a comfortable lounge bar with open fires in winter, a snug area and a pretty dining room. Now under new ownership the pub is open every day from midday until eleven pm. At the moment only lunches are served but evening dining will be started soon - so check back for more information. After a good walk around (or up the hill for the more energetic) why not call in for a drink a lunchtime meal. We also have a skittle alley available for hire for all types of functions.
